Refund policy

Course: 14 days, no questions

If the Covert Influencer course isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to explain or show any work. One refund per customer.

How: log in, open your account page, and choose "Get help or a refund." You can ask for help instead if you're stuck, or simply ask for your money back. You can also email support@covertinfluencer.com.

Course access ends when the refund is issued. Refunds go back to your original payment method, including any sales tax charged.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or we made a mistake (for example, a duplicate charge). Email us and we'll look at it.

Covert Pro (subscription)

Cancel anytime from your account page, in one click. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials cancelled before they end are never charged; we email a reminder at least 7 days before a trial converts. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge; we refund faster than a chargeback can. A chargeback ends access tied to that payment.
