Affiliate terms

1. Joining

The program is free to join. You must be 18 or older. We may decline or end any affiliate account at any time.

2. What you earn

You earn 30% of the amount paid (excluding sales tax) for each Covert Influencer course purchase made through your link within 30 days of the click. If another affiliate joined through your link, you also earn 5% of the amount paid on course sales they refer. That is the only override level. Nothing is paid for sign-ups, recruiting, or anything other than real customer purchases.

You don't earn on your own purchases, and the affiliate who recruited you doesn't earn on them either.

3. Holds, refunds and payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days. If the purchase is refunded or charged back, the commission is cancelled; if it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout. Payable commissions are paid monthly to the payout email on your account. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may ask for a W-9 or equivalent before paying.

4. How you may promote

  • Clearly disclose your commission next to every link and in every video or post that promotes the course, as the FTC Endorsement Guides require.
  • No income claims of any kind: no earnings figures, screenshots, "make money" promises, or implying typical results.
  • Only honest opinions based on your real experience.
  • Don't use Amazon's name, logos or trademarks in a way that suggests Covert Influencer is connected to or endorsed by Amazon.
  • No bidding on "Covert Influencer" or close variations in search ads, and no paid ads that link straight to checkout.
  • No spam, no purchased lists, no misleading redirects, no cookie stuffing.
  • Use only the descriptions and claims on our own pages or in swipe copy we provide.

5. Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership at any time. If you break these terms, we may end your account and withhold unpaid commissions. We may review your promotions at any time.

6. Changes
